These Terms govern your use of StreamEar (the "App") across iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, and Android. By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.
StreamEar aggregates publicly available news, security advisories, and natural-event data from 23+ sources (including news RSS feeds, USGS, NASA FIRMS, NASA EONET, OpenWeather) and applies AI translation and analysis. The App is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.
StreamEar is NOT an emergency service. Do not rely on it for life-safety decisions. Always consult official authorities (national meteorological agencies, civil defense, USGS, etc.) for emergency response.
StreamEar does not require user accounts. Your device is identified anonymously via APNs / FCM tokens or a locally generated UUID.
The App offers an optional auto-renewing subscription unlocking premium features:
Premium features include: alert translation to 8 languages, AI strategic analysis, AI Geophysicist (30 fault analyses/day vs 3/day free), unlimited folders, archive of up to 1000 alerts, PDF export, AI Market Intelligence with history, and removal of any future ads.
New subscribers receive 1 month free. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the regular subscription price. The trial is offered once per Apple ID / Google account.
You agree NOT to:
News content shown in the App is the property of its original publishers (cited in each alert). StreamEar provides links and brief excerpts under fair-use / fair-dealing principles. The App's UI, code, AI prompts, and 3D Threat Globe rendering are © 2026 Serhan Ucar.
The App displays AI-generated translations, strategic analysis, fault-line analysis, and market correlations produced by Google Gemini. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Do not use AI Geophysicist analysis for actual seismic hazard decisions; consult licensed geologists. Do not use Market Intelligence as investment advice; consult licensed financial advisors.
Earthquake data comes from USGS. Wildfire data comes from NASA FIRMS. Severe-weather and natural-event data comes from NASA EONET. Weather data comes from OpenWeather. Market data comes from Alpha Vantage. Their respective terms apply. We attribute these sources in-app.
We may add, remove, or change features at any time. If a material feature you paid for via Pro is removed, you may request a pro-rated refund through Apple / Google.
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We can suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify Serhan Ucar against any third-party claim arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by negotiation will be submitted to the competent courts of Kuwait City.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, UK, or Turkey, you retain the protections of your local mandatory consumer-law provisions, including the right to bring claims in your local courts.
Per Apple's standard EULA addendum:
Per Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement, you acknowledge that Google is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the App or its content.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via in-app banner. Continued use of the App after such an announcement constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
